- Light, crisp, Kolsch style German lager, made with German malts and Noble hops. An excellent beer for those who want to try a true craft beer but would like something close to an American style
4.5% ABV - Copper Canyon Alt
- Alt meaning "OLD" German style ale, unique to craft brewing only. Red in color, with an even balance of Noble German Hops and Malt. The key is the special yeast which is imported from Düsseldorf Germany
5.5% ABV - Devil's Peak Ale
- An American style I.P.A. (India Pale Ale). This heavily hopped ale is light orange in color. It is dry hopped with Columbus, and Cascade hops from the Yakima Valley in Washington. This technique allows more aroma and lends a unique citrus flavor to the beer. Hop Heads Rejoice!!!
